Hi All, would love to come but still suffering jetlag, as arrived yesterday from Montreal.

Also still suffering from the thrashing Rich and Adie gave me on a 27 mile 2.5 hr 'Korma' ride 7 weeks ago. AND my shoulder also still sore from 'nudging' a tree on same ride. Physio yesterday and planned tomorrow on shoulder - at least got all clear to ride, but no swimming.
